Graham Bedford - Photographer & Videographer

Since retiring from full time work I have focused more on my interest in Photography & Videography.
Below I will be posting any new material as it occurs.
To start with I'm sharing a link to a YouTube video of my first collaboration with my neighbour and musician friend David Wright. His website can be found at https://www.admusicshop.com/

National Archive War Records

Both my father and his brother (Bill) were in the Royal Army Medical Corps (RAMC) during the war.
I think they were among some of the bravest soldiers in the front line because unarmed themselves, they had to retrieve wounded soldiers from the battlefront and get them back to the field hospital for treatment.

My father was captured by the Germans in North Africa and Bill was captured by the Japanese in Thailand. Both spent approximately three years incarcerated in Prisoner of War  (POW) camps. For more about that please see my previous blog (Returning from War).
Below are the National Archive records which I came across recently.
